What we do with the details you send us. Short version: we use them to answer you and to do the work. We don’t sell them and we don’t track you.
Who is responsible

We don’t have a data protection officer. Our activity doesn’t require one.
What we collect and why
The form asks for your store address, the pack you want, your email and, if you like, your best-selling product. We use it to reply and send you a payment link. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Store, pack and email are needed to answer you. The product is optional.
If you buy, we keep your contact and billing details and your briefs to do the work and invoice you. Legal basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and our accounting duties (art. 6(1)(c)).
We may send a follow-up email about your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in reaching business contacts (art. 6(1)(f)). Reply "stop" and we won’t write again.
When you open a page, our host processes technical data (IP address, browser, time) to serve it and keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile.
Who receives it
Vercel Inc. hosts the site (USA). Resend Inc. delivers the form emails to our inbox (USA). Mailbox provider: Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., EU data centre) and Google Gmail (USA). Payment provider, if you buy: [TO COMPLETE]. Our accountant sees invoices.
These providers only act on our instructions. We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel and Resend are based in the USA. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Their data processing agreements also include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to an order: 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Client records: for the length of the contract, then as long as the law requires (accounting documents: 10 years).
Hosting logs: according to Vercel’s retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Write to hello@anglemill.com. We answer within one month.
